QUARTERBACK SHEDEUR SANDERS | 6'2 210 LBS | COLORADO
Sanders captivated the world last year. I'll have to see his progression this year:
So far. so good. He's able to stand in the pocket and make strong throws. Has a solid base and strong arm. Can make just about every throw. He's able to make plays under duress. Confidence and resilience are key for a quarterback, and he has plenty of those.
Carolina will have to decide to either take Sanders here or trade down a few spots to take an Offensive Tackle instead. I don't see the Panthers being able to avoid the #1 pick, but I'm not mocking any trades. Someone will want a quarterback and want the #1 pick, so they'll have some options. Similar to the Chicago Bears last off-season.
QUARTERBACK CAM WARD | 6'2 225 LBS | MIAMI
Everywhere Ward goes, his team has success. I believe he might have the strongest arm in this draft. He is a true pocket passer, has a strong base to stay strong in the pocket. Scouts are sleeping on this guy, and I'm sure Florida State regrets not securing his services.
I think the fans probably have had enough of Daniel Jones. Maybe it's time to start over, especially since they keep landing in the top 10. Just go ahead and reset, it hasn't worked out. Ward is solid, he can make all of the throws.
CORNERBACK TRAVIS HUNTER | 6'1 185 LBS | COLORADO
He's probably the best athlete in this draft. He can start at corner and play part-time as a receiver, much like Prime Time did in Dallas. Or vice versa, and the Jaguars might need him more at WR.
EDGE RUSHER JAMES PEARCE | 6'5 245 LBS | TENNESSEE
The Titans have quite a few holes that they could fill, so I'll assume they'll just take the best talent available.
WIDE RECEIVER TETAIROA MCMILLAN | 6'5 210 LBS | ARIZONA
It hasn't looked good so far for the Broncos. They could sure use some weapons on offense. Bo Nix is struggling, but he doesn't have a lot of options. They certainly don't have a 6'5 talent at WR like McMillan.
CORNERBACK WILL JOHNSON | 6'2 200 LBS | MICHIGAN
Prototype cornerback, he's what you would draw from scratch to build the perfect corner.
QUARTERBACK CARSON BECK | 6'4 220 LBS | GEORGIA
A bit over-rated in my opinion, but I know someone will be convinced to take him. Too many of the other "experts" have already made him a consensus top pick.
OFFENSIVE TACKLE KELVIN BANKS JR | 6'4 325 LBS | TEXAS
The Colts need a blindside protector for Richardson. You have to protect the franchise quarterback at all costs, and Banks also helps them in the running game just as much as the passing game.
OFFENSIVE TACKLE WILL CAMPBELL | 6'6 320 LBS | LSU
Not sure which route the Rams will go. They have a good quarterback and wide receivers, but are still struggling. Maybe get some big bullies on the O-Line and see if that helps.
QUARTERBACK QUINN EWERS | 6'2 205 LBS | TEXAS
It's not a matter of 'if' Tua will have another conscussion. It's a matter of when. They didn't have a good back-up plan this season, they're going to need a better one going forward.
WIDE RECEIVER LUTHER BURDEN | 5'11 210 LBS | MISSOURI
For years, they Patriots had the worst receiving core in the NFL. They took Polk last year and that helps, but it's still not enough. They still need more playmakers for Drake Maye.
EDGE MYKEL WILLIAMS | 6'5 265 LBS | GEORGIA
The Vikings buckle down on defense and take a gifted edge rusher. The Vikings seems to always have probowl edge rushers, and this should continue that trend for them.
EDGE ABDUL CARTER | 6'3 260 LBS | PENN STATE
The Cardinals don't have any major flaws at this point, and can just focus on taking the top talent available.
TIGHT END COLSTON LOVELAND | 6'5 245 LBS | MICHIGAN
Yes, the Bears already have some good options at wide receiver, but this is more for the long-term as opposed to immediate. Keenan Allen is approaching the end of his career, and DJ Moore might not be around long-term either. Loveland will be entering his prime right around then to cover for any losses.
DT MASON GRAHAM | 6'3 320 LBS | MICHIGAN
Perhaps the Browns could take an OT here, because their offense looks like it could use a little help. They already have a tough defense, but this selection will just make them even tougher against the run.
LINEBACKER JALON WALKER | 6'2 245 LBS | GEORGIA
The Falcon's defense has played with more intensity this year. They look tough, they've been flying to the ball. Here's a player that can come in and fit that aggressive style.
CORNERBACK BENJAMIN MORRISON | 6'0 185 LBS | NOTRE DAME
In a division that has Patrick Mahomes, you're going to need some good cornerbacks.
SAFETY MALAKI STARKS | 6'1 205 LBS | GEORGIA
The Seahawks have a history of having smart, tough safeties. Starks would fit that perfectly for them.
HAROLD PERKINS JR | 6'1 220 LBS | LSU\
The Cowboy's upgrade their linebacker core here with the final piece to that puzzle.
OFFENSIVE TACKLE EMERY JONES | 6'6 325 LBS | LSU
The Saints have looked good this year, no major holes. A bully on the O-Line would make that offense even more potent and also provide protection for Carr as he ages.
OFFENSIVE TACKLE AIREONTAE ERSERY | 6'6 330 LBS | MINNESOTA
After hauling in a lot of wide receiver and defensive talent over the last few years, the Packers take this opportunity to find a quality player on the O-Line.
WIDE RECEIVER EMEKA EGBUKA | 6'1 205 LBS | OHIO STATE
Egbuka fits the mold of a Steelers receiver. After shoring up the O-Line for the last few years, the Steelers aim for an offensive weapon this time around.
DEFENSIVE TACKLE DEONE WALKER | 6'6 350 LBS | KENTUCKY
Walker is a massive man that can control the middle of line.
DEFENSIVE TACKLE KENNETH GRANT | 6'3 340 LBS | MICHIGAN
The Texans have done a great job of building the team. They take a run clogger here.
CORNERBACK SHAVON REVEL JR | 6'3 195 LBS | EAST CAROLINA
The Lions are a physical team, they like to out-man their opponents. They find a tall corner here to bring in another intimidating presence on defense.
QUARTERBACK JAXSON DART | 6'2 210 LBS | OLE MISS
DEFENSIVE TACKLE TYLEIK WILLIAMS | 6'3 330 LBS | OHIO STATE
The Bills don't have any major needs. They could possibly take a WR here, but Tyleik is too good of a talent to pass up here.
RUNNING BACK ASHTON JEANTY | 5'9 215 LBS | BOISE ST
The Bengals have struggled moving the ball without Joe Mixon this year. Jeanty is a super-productive back that can come right in and give them that needed spark.
EDGE RUSHER NIC SCOURTON | 6'4 285 LBS | TEXAS A&M
Philly take a physical edge rusher here. The offense looks good, they can solidify the defense.
RUNNING BACK OMARION HAMPTON | 6'0 220 LBS | NORTH CAROLINA
Hampton has the tools to be an every down back. He's a big, strong back with breakaway speed. Pacheco is solid, but they don't have any other options after him.
CORNERBACK TACARIO DAVIS | 6'4 190 LBS | ARIZONA
The 49ers will defintely have to look at OT here as well, but Tacario is too good to pass up at this point.
EDGE RUSHER JT TUIMOLOAU | 6'5 270 LBS | OHIO STATE
JT fits the Raven's mold and they type of players they like to acquire.
