The Great Hope for White America - The days of white American parents telling their skinny, white kids that white American players don't make it to the NBA, are over. Especially if you have a child that is 7 feet tall with a 7"5' wingspan, has good enough handles and passing to bring the ball up the court in transition, can pull up from 3 point range like Kevin Durant, can block shots like Rudy Gobert, rebound at a high rate, and can also dunk on most defenders. Say hello to Chet Holmgren.

Banchero is a unique prospect. Going into his film, I expected to see an old-school style center that is always banging inside. After checking out his game, I noticed that he plays with a lot of finesse and skills. He can dribble the ball well and he's comfortable with the ball in his hands. He's also able to knock down long 2's as well as 3's. He has an NBA-ready body, he's very solid all throughout his frame. He's young and he works hard, so I'd assume that he'll continue to grow as a player. More of a Jokic type than an Embiid type. He relies on his skills and doesn't wow you with his length or athleticism.

Chet Holmgren is a gym rat that can do it all despite his length. He can bring the ball up the court, a great dribbler and passer for a 7 foot player. Maybe the best that I've seen for someone that height. He can pull up from 3, he can take you off the dribble, he can pull up at mid-range, he can finish with both hands around the basket, and he can dunk it with ease. On defense, he can close-out on shots on the perimeter as well as inside. He's one of the best shot blockers in the country. Don't let his thin-frame fool you, he's wiry like Kevin Garnett was. He's not a punk, he plays with the same aggression and confidence no matter how tough the competition. He was the MVP for the Team USA under-19 championship team. I assume he'll gain around 15-20 more pounds of muscle before his prime, and keep the same agility. He's going to be a star in this league, he causes major problems for teams on both sides of the ball.

Smith is climbing up the boards quickly because he's a long 6'10 player that can create his own scoring. He has an excellent 3-point shot, and he is long and athletic enough to create major problems for defenses. His release point is so high in the air that it's nearly impossible to contest his shots. Not only that, but he disrupts people with his defensive ability as well. He's able to guard players on the perimeter with his excellent lateral quickness. His 7'1 wingspan helps him alternate shots and rebound at a high rate. Has a very high upside, tons of potential.

Ivey is the most skilled guard in this draft. He is strong, explosive, has a good feel for the game, competitive, a leader, a good shooter, and shows up late in games. He is the real deal and has proven that this season. His progression from his freshman to sophomore season has been so significantly higher than that of any other player in country.

Sharpe did not get to play in his freshman season at Kentucky. He was supposed to be a high school senior last year. He tried to reclassify, but that didn't work out for him. However, it did make him eligible for the draft. He was unstoppable in high school. He's a smooth shooter, but he can also play above the rim.

A man amongst boys and easily the most dominant big of his class; both physically and mentally. Looking to dunk on anyone guarding him and tries to shut down everything in the paint. Phenomenal athlete with elite athleticism. Looks like a fully developed man, one of the strongest guys in this class to go along with impressive burst off of the ground. He's going to be a bully that tries to own the paint. He's a guy you want on your team whether it be offense or defense.
