FORWARD TYRAN STOKES | 6'7 225 LBS
Big bully, already has grown man size. He's already ahead of his peers right now. I wonder about his attitude sometimes; he does a lot of taunting to these smaller high school players. I'm okay with some taunting, but he seems just seems a little extra with it, like he might be a goofball. He has elite size and talent though. He's young, so I'm guessing that he'll mature over the years.
I've been watching Stokes in the U19 games and he's doing great so far. He looks more focused and more mature already. I like his energy, his coaches have coached him up well. As soon as they score the ball, he's immediately focused on defense. He's more agile than I thought he was, he moves really well for his size. He's built like Kawhi Leonard (a healthy Kawhi, not the injured version - this guy here is durable) and that's kind of who he reminds me of. He's also in great shape right now. He has a long wingspan to go with elite athleticism and size. He's a franchise player.
GUARD ALIJAH ARENAS | 6'5
Excellent scorer, no doubt the best scorer in this draft. I just watched him cook a bunch of NBA players, including Kevin Durant. He had Moses Moody looking like a scrub. Great ball-handling skills, many moves in his bag. Good size for a guard. He can definitely score. Now he's competing with Stokes for the #1 spot. While Arenas has the best skills on offense, Stokes is a better defender and is a freak athlete with size. So it just depends on what your preference is.
Gilbert has his son on the right track, and his son doesn't mind putting in the work.
GUARD BRANDON MCCOY | 6'4
Best point guard in this draft! Has the ball on a string with both hands. Not only does he have elite athleticism, but he also plays hard and fast. The intensity is definitely there. He can control the tempo on offense. He really doesn't have any weaknesses. He has good size for a PG, excellent athleticism, and excellent skill to go along with it.
FORWARD ALEX CONSTANZA | 6'7 190 LBS
Gifted natural athlete with tons of untapped potential. Good length and nice touch on his 3-point shot.
FORWARD HUGO YIMGA MOUKOURI | 6'8 | FRANCE
Smart player understands the game and where to be at. Has good length and a strong, sturdy base. Good natural strength and athleticism.
FORWARD CALEB GASKINS | 6'7 205 LBS
Good athlete that can finish with 2 hands. Can create his own shot from the dribble. Has a decent jump shot.
GUARD/FORWARD CALEB HOLT | 6'5
Very good athlete, is well put together. Has some playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. Able to get to the rim and finish. Has decent touch on his outside shots.
GUARD ELIJAH WILLIAMS | 6'5 185 LBS | PHX, ARIZONA
Son of former Suns' coach, Monty Williams. Nice athlete, smart player. Starting to emerge as one of the top talents in the draft.
GUARD JAXON RICHARDSON | 6'6
Son of Jason Richardson, and you can see it. Might be the bounciest player in this class. His explosive athleticism looks effortless. If he can become better off of the dribble, either as a shot creator or playmaker, he could shoot up to the top of this list. Most of his scoring comes from cuts, ally-oops, and putbacks.
POWER FORWARD MOUSTAPHA DIOP | 6'10 200 LBS | MARIETTA, GA
Diop has some nice skill. As you can see, he has decent handles for a power forward. He moves extremely well for someone that size. He's very coordinated at 6'10, which is rare. Impacts the game in several ways, both defensively and offensively.
FORWARD SADIQ WHITE | 6'8 180 LBS | SYRACUSE
Excellent at working the middle of the court. He does so much damage from the middle, either as a flasher or playmaker off of the dribble. Excellent at finishing inside. I don't know what his FG% is, but my guess is that he makes almost all of his shots around the rim.
CENTER ABRAHAM JOUM MAKER BOL | 6'11 | SOUTH SUDAN
Decent athlete, runs the floor hard. Excellent length, I'd imagine that he probably has an impressive wing span to go along with his 6'11 frame. His length is going to cause problems for teams. Just needs to add a little strength along the way, but the potential is there.
GUARD JORDAN SMITH JR | 6'2 175 LBS | FAIRFAX, VA
Impressive athlete, might have the most bounce in this draft. He's putting in putback slams like he's 6'7. Phenomenal athlete!
FORWARD DWAYNE ARISTODE | 6'7 | NETHERLANDS
Another great athlete, he's looking to finish with a dunk on every drive. He can also shoot the ball well. Runs the floor extremely well and looking to clean up the glass. Has that wing size at SF that NBA teams are looking for.
GUARD JASON CROW JR | 6'3 | COMPTON, NY
Excellent point guard that can attack the defense in transition. Lefty has an excellent shot and touch on the ball. Uses screens well, gets to the basket, and can finish or distribute. He'll be moving up the list for sure.
SHOTTING GUARD CAMERON HOLMES | 6'5 | GOODYEAR, ARIZONA
Another lefty that shoots the ball really well. Can create his own shot. Is a confident shooter from outside, will knock it down. Can also drive and finish inside.
GUARD DYLAN MINGO | 6'4 | BROOKLYN, NY
Excellent touch on his shot, great form and spin on the ball. Can hit from anywhere on the court. Can also do some playmaking off of his fakes.
FORWARD TAHJ ARIZA | 6'6 175 LBS
Son of Trevor Ariza. He's a lot like his dad, long and rangy. Defensive minded, moves well for his length. Nice lateral mobility, will be a great defender like his dad.
